Meet Our President & CEO

We are proud to introduce Frank McCoy, a dedicated professional with credentials and practical experience in mental health and addiction recovery. Certified by both the State of Florida Certification Board and the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors, our CEO specializes in the Neuroscience of Addiction, Enhanced Communication and De-escalation, and Motivational Intervention.

Holding additional certifications from the State of Florida as a Certified Recovery Peer Support and the National Center for Innovation and Excellence as a High Fidelity  Wrap Around Mental Health Practitioner, our CEO brings a comprehensive understanding of mental health and recovery processes.

Frank’s expertise is further supported by training from the North American Learning Institute in Life Skills Training.

With a robust background in practical experience, our CEO has served as a Supervisor at Port South Village in Wilmington, NC, and as a Mental Health Technician at Circles of Care in Melbourne, FL. He has also contributed significantly to the Brevard CARES Mobile Response Team in Rockledge, FL, as a Certified Recovery Peer Support.

Frank's commitment to mental health awareness is demonstrated through his role as a Presenter at the Brevard County Mental Health Fair 2023, where he shared insights on the Neuroscience of Addiction. Frank also served as the Master of Ceremonies for the Brevard County Child Abuse Prevention Awards Banquet in 2024 and is actively involved in the Narcotics Anonymous Hospitals and Institutions Subcommittee and the Recovery Fest Committee.

Frank recently earned the prestigious "Ambassador of Wellbeing" status with PSCFL. Additionally, he has served as a presenter at the 2023 and 2025 Brevard County Crisis Intervention Training, where he provided valuable insights to multiple law enforcement agencies across Brevard County.
